TRIMET-The highly efficient SMS Static Mixing Spool creates a homogenous flow within your pipeline, ensuring accurate sampling and water cut measurement. Not only does the Static Mixing Spool require no outside energy source, but through its unique design it achieves turbulent flow at a much lower Reynolds number than other conventional static mixers.
The spool is composed of a fixed arrangement of positive and negative members which simultaneously create cross-current mixing for increased turbulence and mixing. Because the SMS spool is so efficient, you can create a homogenous mixture with a very short spool. Often as few as two members.
